Welcome to Like That Designs! By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Orders

All items are handmade and custom-designed based on the details you provide. It is your responsibility to provide accurate event dates, themes, color schemes, and spelling. Once confirmed, designs cannot be changed.

2. Payments & Fees

• A 50% retainer fee is required for all rental orders.
• Remaining balances are due after design approval for printing to begin.
• Orders will not be fulfilled or delivered without full payment.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Like That Designs maintains a strict no-refund policy. All sales, deposits, and retainers are final.
Refunds will not be issued for weather-related cancellations, balloons that pop, or client errors once items are approved and signed off.

4. Rentals

All rentals require a refundable security deposit and a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date. Items must be returned in the same condition as received or deposit will be forfeited.
Clients must sign a waiver confirming satisfaction at the time of setup.

5. Local Pickup & Delivery

We offer local delivery in St. Louis, MO for an additional fee. Larger or oversized orders may be subject to increased delivery charges.
All pickups require a confirmation and signature. Once signed, responsibility transfers to the client or designated pickup person.

6. Design Proofs & Communication

Proofs will be sent prior to printing for most custom designs. Please ensure your email or Instagram handle is accurate for communication. Delays in your response may delay your order.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs by Like That Designs are original creations and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without permission.
