Booking Policy

Before You Book...

Before placing an order or securing a date, please inquire about availability first. Like That Designs accepts a limited number of bookings per week to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Waivers/Rentals Policies

Setups and Rentals

For all rentals, setups, and event installations, a waiver must be signed at the time of pickup or setup.

This waiver confirms:

✔️ All items were received in clean, usable condition

✔️ Setup was completed to your satisfaction

✔️ You acknowledge full responsibility for items while in your care

Once the waiver is signed, Like That Designs is no longer liable for any damages, losses, or incidents related to your rented items or completed setup.

Waivers help ensure clarity and protect both parties. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping things Like That — smooth, professional, and handled right. 💙

Security Deposit and Retainer Fee

All rentals require a refundable security deposit and a 50% non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking.

• The retainer fee secures your rental item(s) and event date — and goes toward your total rental balance.

• The security deposit is returned in full if all rental items are returned on time, clean, and in the same condition as received.

Rental bookings are not confirmed until both the retainer and security deposit are received.

Like That Designs reserves the right to withhold part or all of the deposit if items are damaged, returned late, or missing. Let’s keep it clean, classy, and Like That.

Refund Policies

Refunds

At Like That Designs, every item is custom-made just for you! Designed with care, intention, and detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

This includes:

• Custom orders

• Retainer fees

• Deposits

• Rush fees

We have a strict no refunds policyno exceptions. Please be sure of your order before placing it. If you have any questions, we’re happy to assist before checkout to ensure everything is clear.

Weather/Outdoor

Like That Designs is not responsible for weather-related issues or unexpected outdoor conditions that may affect your party setup or custom favors.

Once we’ve set the scene, it’s Like That — neat, clean, and ready to impress.

At setup, clients are required to sign a confirmation form stating that:

✅ All items were received in excellent condition

✅ The setup was completed to your liking

After this form is signed, any damage, loss, or disruption due to weather, wind, rain, or outdoor conditions becomes the client’s full responsibility.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits due to weather or any outdoor-related circumstances.

Balloons

At Like That Designs, we take pride in delivering clean, eye-catching balloon setups that bring your vision to life. Once your balloon setup is complete, clients will sign a confirmation form stating the design is “Like That” — installed to perfection and to your liking.

After that form is signed, Like That Designs is not responsible for any balloons that pop, deflate, shift, or are damaged due to weather, handling, or outdoor conditions.

Please note:

All balloon sales and installations are final

• No refunds will be issued for any balloon-related issues after setup confirmation is signed

Design Policies

Proofs and Revisions

Proofs are sent within 3–14 business days based on our standard processing time. All clients are required to thoroughly review their proofs for any errors including spelling, grammar, and design details. Proofs are 100% the client’s responsibility to review and approve prior to production and printing. Once approved, Like That Designs is not liable for any overlooked errors.

Once your custom design is complete, it will be sent to you for approval. Each order includes 1 complimentary revision if needed. Any additional revisions will be charged at $25 per revision.

To keep your order on track and ensure it arrives by your requested date, all mockups must be approved within 24-48 hours.

If no response is received within that time frame, your design is subject to be considered approved and sent to print as is to avoid delays in processing and shipping.

Please note:

If you are unsatisfied with the initial design or subsequent revisions, no payments will be refunded under any circumstances. At that point, Like That Designs reserves the right to discontinue the project for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Lack of communication
  • Delays in receiving required information
  • Repeated design conflicts
  • Creative differences
  • Or at our discretion

No refunds will be issued as time, creativity, and availability have already been dedicated to your project.

By booking with Like That Designs, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and understand the terms listed above.

Design Access

At no time and under no circumstances will Like That Designs provide design access for you or any outside designer to edit, alter, or work on our files.

All templates, design files, and creative layouts are the exclusive property of Like That Designs and may only be used and edited by team members within our brand.

Please note: We do not share editable files.

However, stay tuned...in the future, we will be offering DIY digital templates available for download and self-editing.

By booking with us, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all designs remain the intellectual property of Like That Designs.

High Resolution Images

Clients are required to submit high-resolution images only. Screenshots are not accepted under any circumstances.

To ensure the best print quality, we recommend downloading the original photo file from your device or cloud storage and sending it to us at checkout or via email at:

Every order is custom-designed to match your theme, and your images are a key part of the final product. Please understand that print quality is directly dependent on the quality of the image you provide.

By booking with Like That Designs, you agree to submit clear, high-resolution images and acknowledge that low-quality photos may affect your final design.

Signature Design Style

At Like That Designs, our signature style is simple, clean, and luxe with every detail in mind, but never overdone. Each design is thoughtfully crafted to reflect our “Like That” aesthetic: modern, elevated, and one-of-a-kind.

Inspiration photos are always welcome, but please note:

Our custom designs have little to no altering once created, as we stay true to our creative direction and brand identity. 1 revision will be provided complimentary. Any revisions after will require a revision fee of $25 per revision. We encourage all clients to review our previous work and ensure our style aligns with your vision before booking.

No refunds will be issued if you are unhappy with our design style after booking.

By placing an order with Like That Designs, you confirm that you’ve reviewed and love our design aesthetic and agree to this policy.

Design Disclaimer

Like That Designs does not own the rights to any licensed characters, brand logos, or trademarked graphics that may appear in your custom designs. These elements are creatively incorporated at your request for personal use only.

By purchasing from us, you are investing in our design expertise, creative direction, and production efforts. Not the rights to any third-party imagery. All items are custom-made to help bring your vision to life in a unique, Like That kind of way.

Printing Policy

Printing Services

At Like That Designs, we only offer printing services for designs created by a member of our design team.

Limited exceptions are made for logo-based sticker or label printing for business owners and branding purposes.

We do not offer printing services for outside designs that were not created by us.

Additionally, under no circumstances will Like That Designs share or disclose our printing settings. Our settings are tailored specifically to maintain the quality and signature look that defines the Like That standard.

Please check back in the future for updates on our upcoming 1-on-1 sessions, group classes, and live events, where we may share exclusive design and print techniques.

Communication Policy

Client Communication Policy

At Like That Designs, we value clear, respectful communication and ask that all clients allow the appropriate time for a response from a team member. Please understand that we may be actively designing, setting up an event, or out of office when you reach out.

For reference, our business hours and response times are listed in the chat bubble on our website. Messages sent outside of business hours will be responded to as soon as possible during operating times.

We also maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior. Clients who fail to communicate in a respectful, mature manner or who disregard our policies, are subject to have their order canceled without a refund.

By booking with Like That Designs, you agree to communicate respectfully and adhere to all outlined policies.

Zero Tolerance Policy

At Like That Designs, we believe in maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe environment for both our clients and our team.

We have a zero tolerance policy for:

  • Disrespectful or aggressive language
  • Harassment or threats of any kind
  • Policy violations
  • Failure to communicate in a mature, professional manner


If at any point a client behaves inappropriately or refuses to adhere to our policies, Like That Designs reserves the right to cancel the order immediately with no refund.

We are passionate about creating beautiful, memorable events and we ask that all clients help us maintain a positive and respectful working relationship.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

At Like That Designs, we do our best to honor every order placed. However, cancellations may occur under specific circumstances and at our discretion.

Orders are subject to cancellation due to (but not limited to):

• Lack of communication

• Creative differences

• Disrespectful or aggressive behavior

• Excessive revisions or an inability to align creatively

• Failure to follow outlined policies

In the event that your order is canceled, no refund will be issued unless the cancellation is due to unavailability on our end.

To avoid cancellations and ensure your requested date is available, we highly recommend chatting with us via the chat bubble on our site or messaging us on Instagram @LikeThatDesigns before placing your order.

Re-Ordering

If your order is canceled due to unavailability on our end, you are welcome to rebook with us at a later date! We’d love the opportunity to work with you when our schedule allows.

However, if your order was canceled for any other reason (such as lack of communication, disrespectful conduct, excessive revisions, or policy violations), we regret to inform you that future bookings will not be accepted.

We kindly ask that all clients review our policies and ensure we’re the right creative fit before placing an order.

Privacy & Personal Info Policy

At Like That Designs, your privacy is very important to us.

We collect limited personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping details solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing exceptional service.

We will never sell, share, or misuse your information. Any details submitted through our website, email, or booking forms are securely stored and used only for order fulfillment, communication, and improving your customer experience.

Terms & Conditions

Before you book - Please Read

By placing an order with Like That Designs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom Design & Creative Rights

All products are custom-made and uniquely designed to fit your theme and event. Like That Designs retains all rights to the creative content, layout, and structure of our designs. Clients are not granted editable access to templates or design files under any circumstances.

2. Proofs & Revisions

Proofs are sent within 3–14 business days based on standard processing times. Each order includes 1 complimentary revision. Additional revisions are subject to a $25 per revision fee.

Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing proofs for accuracy, grammar, and design details. Once approved, Like That Designs is not liable for errors.

3. Image & Content Submission

Clients must submit high-resolution images only — screenshots are not accepted. Poor image quality may affect the final product and is the client’s responsibility.

4. Printing Policy

We only print designs created by our team. Printing services are not available for third-party designs with limited exception (e.g., branded logos for business stickers).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are at the discretion of Like That Designs and may occur due to: lack of communication, creative differences, policy violations, or disrespectful behavior. Refunds are not issued unless we cancel due to availability on our end.

6. Re-Booking After Cancellation

Re-booking is only permitted if your order was canceled due to unavailability. Orders canceled for any other reason will result in a permanent service restriction.

7. Respectful Communication

Clients must communicate respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to cancel any order without refund if communication becomes disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate. Refer to our Zero Tolerance Policy for more details.

8. Turnaround Times

Processing and turnaround times vary by product and begin after all required info and images are received. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

9. Final Product Use

Our designs may include licensed characters, food brands, or logos at your request for personal use only. We do not claim ownership of these elements.

10. Policy Agreement

By purchasing from Like That Designs, you acknowledge and agree to all policies including but not limited to: design access, refunds, revisions, image quality, cancellations, and communication standards.
