Do you offer refunds?
All sales, deposits, and retainers are final. We do not offer refunds due to the custom nature of our work. Please review our No Refunds Policy for full details.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your date. Expedite (rush) orders under 2 weeks may be available for an additional fee, just ask us first via chat or ig!
Whats your current processing time?
Our standard processing time is 1–3 weeks, not including shipping. Please book early to avoid rush fees or availability issues.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes! Orders needed in under 2 weeks are considered expedite orders and will include a fee. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Can I book you for setup and favors?
Absolutely! We are a one-stop-shop. Let us know in your inquiry if you’d like both rentals + custom favors and we’ll build a bundle just for you!

Delivery/Local Pick-UP
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery within the St. Louis, MO area for an additional fee. Delivery availability depends on your event date, location, and the size of your order, just message us to confirm.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can skip shipping and pick up locally in St. Louis. We'll coordinate a pickup date, time, and location with you directly after your order is confirmed.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
You’ll receive a pickup confirmation message once your order is complete and ready. Please wait for that message before heading out. We want everything to be packed and Like That for you!
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, someone else can pick up on your behalf. Just be sure to let us know their name ahead of time.
They will be required to sign off on your favors at pickup. Once the form is signed, your order is considered complete and the responsibility is transferred to your pickup person. Like That Designs is no longer liable for the condition of the items after handoff.
Shipping
Do you ship orders?
Yes! We’re based in St. Louis, MO and ship worldwide. Local pickup is also available, just message us to coordinate.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can use that link to track your package on usps.com in real-time.
If you haven’t received a shipping email yet, your order may still be in production. Feel free to message us anytime for updates. We’re happy to help! 💌📦
How can I make sure I'll receive my order in time?
To ensure you'll receive your oder on time we highly recommend contacting us on Instagram first letting us know your needed date. After that we will verify a expected delivery time frame with you before booking. This will help us ensure your order will arrive when needed.
What it I don't need shipping? Can I pick-up local?
Yes! If you're in St. Louis, MO, we offer local pickup for all orders.
Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout (if available), or send us a message to schedule a pickup time. We’ll confirm the location and time with you directly. 💙

What should I include when placing a custom order?
Be sure to include:

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?
Minor edits may be allowed before design work begins. Once your design is in progress or approved, no changes can be made. Please double-check all info when ordering!
How will I receive my design proofs?
Proofs will be sent via email or Instagram DM the week of your event or earlier. Please reply promptly so we can finalize and ship on time.
How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, head over to our Custom Order Form page and fill out the details box.
Be sure to include:
• Event Date
• Theme + Color Scheme
• Name + Age of Honoree
• High-res images (if needed)
• Any specific items you're requesting
• Your preferred contact info (Instagram, email, or phone)

Party Favors
What types of custom party favors do you offer?
We design everything from chip bags, candy bars, water bottles, activity sheets, and party boxes to plates, cups, and more. If you can dream it, we can theme it...Like That!
Do your items come assembled?
Yes! All of our favors from chip bags to mini water bottles come fully assembled and ready to display, unless otherwise stated.
What if I don't see a party favor I want?
No worries! We specialize in custom everything. If you don’t see the exact favor you're looking for, just head to our Custom Order Form and tell us your vision.

Can I get digital files only?
At this time, we focus on fully assembled physical favors. We do not currently offer print-your-own digital files.
Rentals
Do you offer rentals?
Yes! We rent out backdrops, cylinder pedestals, and tables. All rentals require a signed waiver, a deposit, and must be returned in their original condition. Check out our Rental Policy for more info.
Do I need to sign anything for rentals or balloon setups?
Yes. A waiver must be signed confirming everything was delivered or set up in perfect condition. After it’s signed, Like That Designs is not responsible for any damage, popping, weather, or accidents.
Do rentals require a refundable incidental fee?
Yes! All rentals require a refundable incidental fee (security deposit) at the time of booking.
This fee ensures all items are returned on time, clean, and in the same condition they were picked up in. Once your rentals are inspected and cleared, the deposit will be fully refunded.

How do I book a rental?
Booking is easy! Just head to the rental item you'd like to reserve on our website. Each listing includes a calendar showing current availability.
To secure your rental:
• Select your event date on the calendar
• Submit your deposit at checkout
• The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event
Once booked, we’ll confirm all details and get everything ready to set the scene, Like That. 🪩📆
Backdrops
Do you offer custom backdrops?
Yes! We design and print fully custom backdrops to match your theme, color scheme, and event vibe. Sizes and styles may vary.
Can I rent a backdrop from you?
Yes! We offer backdrop rentals in the St. Louis area. You can choose from our available styles, and each rental includes the stand and full setup if needed.
Can I keep the backdrop after the event?
If you booked a custom-designed backdrop, it’s yours to keep! If you selected a rental, it must be returned by the agreed date/time to avoid late fees.
Do you offer delivery and setup for backdrops?
Yes, local delivery and setup are available for an additional fee. We’ll handle the full install so your backdrop is picture-perfect, Like That.
Apparel
What types of custom apparel do you offer?
We create custom t-shirts, hoodies, baby onesies, socks, and more for birthdays, events, business branding, and everyday wear! All made to match your theme or vision.
How do I order custom apparel?
Submit your details through our Custom Order Form and include:
• Type of apparel (tee, onesie, etc.)
• Size(s) needed
• Design inspo or theme
• Event date

Do you offer bulk apparel orders?
Yes! We accept bulk orders for teams, parties, girls trip, birthday crew, brands, or events. Let us know how many pieces you need and we’ll send a custom quote, Like That!
